Metabolism Workout

If you are pressed on time at the gym or home, the following workout of three exercises is a sure fire way to increase your metabolism.

1. Chinup with Knees Up:

Grab the bar with palms in and do a chinup while raising your knees to your chest. Return your knees slowly. Try to do at least 10 reps.

2. Cross Body Mountain Climber:

Assume the push up position a form your body in a straight line from head to toe. Tighten your abs and keep them tightened the whole exercise. Raise your right knee to your left shoulder and return. Raise your left knee to your right shoulder and return. This is 1 rep. Do 10

3. Dumbbell Squat:

Grab some dumbbells and stand straight up with your right foot n front of your left in staggered position. Lower your body until your right leg becomes parallel with the ground. Repeat this 8 times for each leg.
