Pamper Yourself
Life is stressful. There are not enough hours in the day, we get it. Research has shown that reducing stress levels can help reduce unwanted body bulge! How is reducing stress possible you ask? Simple. Take a few minutes a day for yourself; soak in a warm bath, read a few chapters in a good book, take a walk or listen to your favorite c.d. Believe in the power of positive thinking. Tell yourself it will be alright and insist that the few moments of serenity are accomplished each day. Life will still be stressful tomorrow; there will still be bills to be paid, errands to be run and houses to clean. Allow yourself to be number one for just moments a day and that peace will help in your fitness endeavor.
